Telephone helpline and email support service operating 365 days a year. Listening service, support and signposting for serving or ex-serving military personnel and families. Email support via website. Support line calls from Germany on 0800 182 7395, from Cyprus on 800 91065. Call back service from anywhere in the world. Service is quite separate from Forces chain of command.
